GAME ARTIST FOR LIFE!
On Halo 5 I joined the team midway into the development cycle and initially worked with a small team to construct and polish the multiplayer beta maps Truth and Regret. After the beta I joined another small team to construct and polish a third arena map, helping to flesh out the look and feel. I started working with the Warzone team next, helping to polish our 2015 E3 Warzone map Escape from A.R.C. before joining and then leading a small team completing a second Warzone map and its remix.
I focused mainly on hard surface modeling using a preexisting texture set to help keep memory requirements at a minimum. We worked in a full PBR environment, with several commercially available tools as well as some custom in house tools. Art is embargoed until after the game ships so for now please enjoy the Warzone trailer:
